You can choose to spend a full day with us here at Waltham House Care Home or just come for a few hours. Join in with our varied programme of daily activities or just get to know the other residents.

Respite care not only provides your carer with a valuable break from their duties but provides you with a change of scenery, the opportunity to meet new people, try out new experiences and activities.

If a resident requires palliative care, Waltham House will provide and carry out a comprehensive care plan in line with their wishes and preferences, wherever this is achievable.

As a resident at Waltham House you will have your own dedicated keyworker. They will be committed to ensuring that your needs, preferences and lifestyle choices are considered and respected.

Waltham House Care Home offer Dementia Care in Grimsby with a difference. We feel it is highly important to offer Dementia Care Mapping (DCM) as part of our mission to deliver person centred care.
