Louise is the care home manager and ensures that everything runs smoothly day-to-day. She makes sure Waltham House is up to standard and remains a comfortable home away from home for our residents.
Sophie Newman
Deputy Manager
Sophie is our deputy manager and supports with day-to-day management, as well as ensuring the care home continuously meets a high standard of provision for our various residents and service users.
Skye Donner
Senior Health Care Assistant
Skye is one of our Senior Health Care Assistants and is closely involved in looking after our residents. She administers medication and makes sure everyone is treated with respect and dignity throughout their stay.
Kelly Payne
Administrator
Kelly is our administrator and handles everything from public enquiries to clerical tasks. She’s worked here for over two years now and is a central hub of knowledge within the care home.
Dale Netherton
Head Cook
Dale is our wonderful Head Chef at Waltham House. He’s responsible for cooking fresh meals each day, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.
Toni Jackson
Kitchen Assistant
Toni is one of our wonderful Kitchen Assistants who helps with important jobs like preparing/serving meals. She ensures our residents are well looked after and that all their favourite meals are cooked to a high standard.
Gemma Phipps
Care Assistant
Gemma is one of our kind and compassionate Care Assistants. She ensures the wellbeing and needs of the residents are maintained to a high standard. She also helps keep the care home clean and tidy.
Dawn Mussell
Maintenance
Dawn handles any maintenance issues at Waltham House. She originally volunteered as a performer, but has since become a fully-fledged member of the Waltham House family.
